She is also the author of Hollywood Game Plan an in-depth, how-to guide for aspiring Hollywood hopefuls and through her consulting firm, Park On the Lot, Carole teaches creative professionals how to navigate the field of show business.

A: In addition to her work with the WGA and CBS Diversity Institute, Carole spent nearly a decade working as a senior television executive for CBS, Amblin and Canal Plus. Carole is also the Director of the Humanitas New Voices program and has lectured at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts and UCLA Extension.
