While there are no set formats for comic book scripts, here are a few places where you can find comic book scripts written by pros so you can see how they do it.

The Comic Book Script Archive – A fantastic compilation site of scripts by a wide range of top comic book writers including Brian Michael Bendis, Chuck Dixon, Warren Ellis, Neil Gaiman, Geoff Johns, Alan Moore, Grant Morrison and more.

Dwayne McDuffie Writing – A wide sample of scripts, plot samples and series proposals by the late, great Dwayne McDuffie.
