A: Ali Laventhol teamed up with Tawnya Bhattacharya and the duo was selected as 2010 NBC Writers On The Verge fellows and staffed on USA’s “Fairly Legal” shortly thereafter. Tawnya and Ali have written for NBC’s THE NIGHT SHIFT, TNT’s PERCEPTION and THE CLIENT LIST on Lifetime.
She started in the industry as a visual effects compositor, working on feature films including PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN, TERMINATOR: SALVATION and MY BLOODY VALENTINE before making the transition to writing.
